Diabetic Retinopathy

Diabetes Retinopathy is a condition in the eye which occurs when diabetes mellitus is not under control. In this condition, the tiny blood vessels in the retina become leaky and fluid passes out of them into the layers of the retina and this may be accompanied by bleeding in the eye. It is advisable to have regular examination of the eye by the ophthalmologist so that this condition can be diagnosed at an early stage and treatment initiated. The ophthalmologist at Vignesh Meenu Eye Clinic will advise on the various methods of treatment for this condition and provide the treatment option best suited for you.
